About Me
Hi, I’m Sadie a 22-year-old mom of two learning to raise my kids the old-fashioned way

My Story
Hi, I’m Sadie. A 22-year-old mom of two. A couple of years ago, I started making sourdough and started to notice that regular bread left me bloated, tired, and off. That small realization started my journey.
I started asking questions. I began reading labels. I slowly started to cut out ingredients, one at a time. The more I paid attention, the more I understood why certain foods hurt my body and how others helped it feel better. I learned to listen and notice what my body was asking for and how food could support it.
Becoming a mom changed everything. I now had an obligation, to my Savior, to take care of these sweet souls he has sent to me. I began thinking differently about everyday things: if my body felt off, what could help bring it back into balance? If my baby had an earache, how could I help support their body before even thinking about an antibiotic? I wasn’t looking for quick fixes or numbing medicine. I wanted understanding.
I found myself drawn to the simplicity of all God has given us. The plants, the herbs, and the animals. Everything follows the law and everything made sense.
At first, this journey was lonely. Most people around me were eating what was easy and convenient, and I was considered too much or weird. But then friends started asking questions. How did you do it? Where did you start? Is it really possible? That’s when I realized I wasn’t alone and neither were they.
I’m not a doctor. I’m not an expert. I’m just a mom who wants the best for her family, doing her best with what God has provided. I believe we don’t have to settle for what the store gives us, and we don’t have to walk this path alone.
That’s why I created Naturally.
This space is where I share what I’m learning. One ingredient, one recipe, one simple change at a time. It’s about progress, faith, community, and feeling connected to your body again. The way God wants it.
If you’re here because you’re curious, overwhelmed, or just starting out, you belong here. We’re learning together.
