Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder (add more if you want a richer chocolate flavor)
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the avocados to a blender or use an immersion blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour in the milk, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until fully combined.
- Add the heavy cream and cocoa powder, then blend again until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20–30 minutes, or until thick and creamy.
- Add your favorite toppings like chocolate chips, berries, whipped cream, nuts, or extra honey, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a firmer texture, pour the ice cream into a cold bowl that has been sitting in the freezer beforehand, then freeze for another 1–3 hours.
