One-Pan Chicken Fajitas | Quick Lazy Dinner
If you are looking for a quick and easy lazy dinner that is still nutritious, this is it! One of our families favorite dinners that we whip up in about 10 minutes and throw it in the oven. Not to mention the easy clean-up with only one pan being used! You will want to save this recipe and I promise it will turn into one of your favorite lazy dinners too!
1. Cut onions and peppers into strips. Place on pan
2. Cut chicken into strips and place on top of onion and peppers
3. Add seasoning on top of chicken
4. Toss everything together

Chicken Fajita Recipe
One of our favorite lazy dinners to make. You will love the easy clean-up and yummy seasoned chicken and vegetables. Make it even better when paired with some homemade tortillas.
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: 6-8 Large Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken Breast, make sure to slice against the grain
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 1 Onion, yellow or red works great
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 C Cilantro
- 5-7 Tortillas
- Optional toppings: avacado, sour cream, greek yogurt, cheese, etc.
Fajita Seasoning Mix:
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- On a large sheet pan, grease with olive oil or place parchment paper down.
- In a small bowl, mix together all seasonings together and set aside.
- Cut bell peppers, onions, and chicken into strips. Place onions and peppers on sheet pan and lay the chicken on top. Spread seasoning mix and olive oil on top of the chicken and toss with your hands to mix the veggies and chicken together.
- Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked fully.
- Squeeze lime on top and serve warm!
